GEO On-Boarding

GEO On-Boarding is a foundational diagnostic service that explores how your brand is currently mentioned and cited in AI answers
and sets the starting point for GEO in earnest

Why Invisible

Why does my brand
never appear in AI answers?

AI does not invent the information it needs for an answer
It connects structured facts and clues scattered across the web to judge and choose a 'trustworthy source'

01BRAND IDENTITY

What AI needs is not the
screen (UI) but the structure

Problem
The larger or older the brand, the more content there is, but the key facts are locked inside images or fragmented text, so AI never registers them as 'established fact'
Solution
We convert the brand's key metadata into Schema.org entity data so AI crawlers receive 'confirmed data, not guesswork', and we carry out technical optimisation of legacy content (website, blog)
schema.jsonEntity Schema · Markdown · LLMs.txt · Robots.txt
{
  "@context": "https://schema.org",
  "@id": "https://brandvis.ai/",
  "@type": "Product",
  "name": "BrandVis",
  "description": "GEO platform",
  "category": ["AEO", "GEO", …],
  "alternateName": "브랜드비즈"
}

Technical optimisation · structured data markup for brand and product information

02CONTEXT

When the decision matters, customers look for
an answer that fits their situation, not a keyword

Problem
A keyword-first approach built around terms like 'GEO' no longer works with the mention and recommendation algorithms of AI
Solution
We design the context data that links a user's specific intent to the characteristics of your product or service, so AI matches your brand as the best answer to a complex question

Content and data designed around user search intent and purpose

03BRAND AUTHORITY

AI chooses not an ad budget
but cross-verified trust

Problem
However high you rank on Naver or Google, and however much you spend on ads, AI will not recommend or mention your brand if there is too little content to reference or no consistent, credible evidence
Solution
We design for your brand's core strengths to be mentioned consistently across external channels (news, expert columns, credible communities and platforms), which raises AI's trust score

On-Boarding Mission

The three execution missions
of On-Boarding

We check whether AI can read your content (access), whether it can mention or cite it in an answer (extraction) and whether it can trust it as a source (trust),
then build the best possible conditions for visibility

01CONTENT

Content GEO

Building a canonical domain

  • Reviewing and designing the content layout
  • Structuring and optimising content that answers queries containing your key topics
  • Producing and distributing (localised) content per domain and channel
  • Producing and connecting Markdown format
  • Using Answer Capsules
  • HTML tag optimisation (making proper use of main, article, section, aside and so on)

02TECHNICAL

Technical GEO

Optimising the content infrastructure

  • Diagnosing and optimising the rendering structure (support for moving to SSR)
  • Defining an open policy for AI crawlers (defining ROBOTS.txt)
  • Optimising and tidying canonical URLs in the sitemap
  • Applying HrefLang
  • Building the metadata set: JSON-LD (schema definition)
  • Automating real-time indexing via IndexNow

03TRUST

Trust GEO

Optimising the trust structure

  • Defining the brand entity
  • Creating credible evidence and connecting it
  • Building a trust structure on third-party domains (earned media)
  • Connections (external signals: local news · academic papers · columns · literature)
  • Building and connecting positive reputation
  • Checking that regulatory, ethical and safety standards are met

FAQ

Questions about
On-Boarding?

We answer the questions we hear most often about how onboarding runs and what to prepare

See all GEO frequently asked questions

It is a foundational diagnostic service that explores how your brand is currently mentioned and cited in generative AI answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, AI Overview, Perplexity and others), and then defines the execution missions that tell you what to change first. It does not stop at measurement; it connects to an execution plan across the three axes of Content, Technical and Trust

Information gathering and project setup take 2–4 weeks, pilot discovery 2–4 weeks, and citation strategy with mission execution 12 weeks or more, so we recommend at least six months in total. Discovery continues throughout the whole project, and results are measured every four weeks, monthly

A persona and prompt design document, a visibility diagnosis report (mention, citation and topic share), the findings of the distortion and hallucination investigation, a stage-by-stage mission definition document, and a monthly performance report. At the end of the project we transfer execution capability so the brand can run GEO on its own

Brand and product materials, interview slots with the relevant people, and CMS and GA4 access for the site diagnosis. During the Technical GEO stage, having a developer to work with speeds up implementation considerably

The subscription is the platform that measures visibility continuously and tracks missions; onboarding is a dedicated execution service that sets the starting point. PROFESSIONAL customers and above can add it as an option, and the personas, prompts and missions designed during onboarding carry straight over into the subscription environment
